Fulbright Scholarship Programs open for application (SY 2014-15)

THE OFFICE OF the Executive Vice President for External Relations and Internationalization is pleased to share information that applications to the 2014-2015 Fulbright  graduate degree and non-degree study grants in the United States (e.g. masteral, PhD, doctoral dissertation) are now open. This program is also known as the Fulbright Classic Program. The purpose of the grant is to enable deserving Filipinos to pursue their fields of study in the United States and develop leaders who will contribute to the promotion of international peace and understanding.

THE INTERNATIONAL CENTER would like to announce the opening of the application period for the Sophia University (Japan) Student Exchange Program 2013/14. The program will run from September 2013 to July 2014.


1. Must be a native born Filipino citizen

2. Must be at least 18 years old by August 01, 2013

DLSU Scholarship gets boost from PLDT-Smart and One Meralco Foundation

TO HELP SUPPORT the education of public high school students, a memorandum of agreement was recently signed among One Meralco Foundation, PLDT-Smart Foundation, and DLSU to boost the University’s Vaugirard Scholarship Program.

DLSU recognizes top 100 entrance examinees for the Star Scholars Program

TO RECOGNIZE THIS year’s Star Scholars candidates, De La Salle University hosted the Star Scholars Orientation on January 25, 2013 at the Henry Sy, Sr. Hall.

From 39 private and public high schools nationwide, these students are the top 100 examinees of the 2012 DLSU College Admissions Test.

DLSU announces the Star Scholar Candidates for A.Y. 2013-14

DE LA SALLE UNIVERSITY has just announced the 100 STAR SCHOLAR CANDIDATES for Academic Year 2013-14. These are the Top 100 students who took the entrance exams last year.

All the candidates and their parents were invited to attend the Star Scholars Orientation on 25 January 2013, Friday, from 8:00am to 12:00nn at the Henry Sy, Sr. Hall at the DLSU campus. The Top 100 students (in alphabetical order) are the following:

DLSU College of Law partners with University of Hong Kong

TO PROVIDE STUDENTS with hands-on experience in handling international law, De La Salle University College of Law (COL) entered into a partnership with the University of Hong Kong (HKU) Faculty of Law on a student exchange program.

2013 Hannam University Student Exchange Program: Call for Application

THE INTERNATIONAL CENTER would like to announce the opening of the application period for the 2013 Hannam University (Daejeon, South Korea) Student Exchange Program. The program will run from March 04 to December 14, 2013. The courses for the program can viewed here.


1.  Must be a native born Filipino citizen.

2.  Must be at least 18 years old by February 04, 2013.

3.  Must preferably have a valid passport up to at least June 30, 2014.

4.  Must be fit to travel.

5.  Must have completed at least 3 trimesters of study in De La Salle University on the date of application.

6.  Must be a bonafide student of De La Salle University on the date of application.

7.  Must have at least one academic trimester left in De La Salle University upon return from the program.

Interested parties may visit the International Center located at Saint Joseph Hall room 2007 and look Mr. Reodel Masilungan. Deadline for the submission of application forms is on November 29, 2012.

DLSU hosts regional confab on business research, innovation

TO STIMULATE THE establishment of knowledge-based strategies for economic development in Asia, De La Salle University through its Center for Business Research and Development (CBRD) recently organized the 9th Asian Network for Learning, Innovations and Competence Building Systems (ASIALICS) International Conference.
