Lasallian Mission Week 2014 Schedule

The Lasallian Mission is centered on providing human and Christian eduation to all as exemplified by St. John Baptist de La Salle three centuries ago. This year’s Lasallian Mission Week aims to challenge all members of the community to commit to building a school that is truly open to all, especially the poor–transforming DLSU as a school for the poor and of the poor.

The celebrations are spearheaded by the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Lasallian Mission and through the University Mission Committee which is composed of representatives from all colleges, Lasallian Mission offices, Student Affairs, OPM, and other units in the University. The events in both Taft and STC Campuses are coordinated by the Theology and Religious Education Department (TRED), the Lasallian Pastoral Office (LSPO), the Center for Social Concerns and Action (COSCA) and STC-Lasallian Mission Office (STC-LM). These offices have united to invite and to challenge the members of our community to see, to discern, and to act on how to respond to the educational needs of the poor and those experiencing marginalization within our school.
