Established in 2010, DLSU COL upholds the path-breaking Lasallian tradition of excellence and service, for God and country. Its Juris Doctor (JD) program is envisioned to significantly influence national policy development, contribute to a heightened awareness of human rights in Philippine society, and play a critical role in human rights advocacy.

DLSU COL offers topnotch instruction and mentorship from a roster of excellent faculty members and a board of advisers that include legal luminaries who penned landmark and doctrinal cases of the times.

To provide a holistic learning environment, DLSU COL students are given access to state-of-the art facilities, an extensive library collection, opportunities for legal research, and support for the bar examinations.

Future Lasallian lawyers are also given real world experience through externships in partnership with DLSU COL’s strong  linkages with international academic institutions and organizations  abroad. Some partner institutions include  Charles Darwin University-Australia, Hong Kong University, Meiji University, and the Hague Conference Asia-Pacific Regional Office. Moreover, students may have their internships in a developmental legal aid clinic which services communities near the campus.

For a young law school, DLSU COL has garnered impressive passing rates since its maiden participation in the bar examinations. Students from the college have also made a mark internationally by winning competitions such as the Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) International Moot and the International Mediation Competition.
