Voter’s Educational Campaign | May 10, 2013

PLEASE BE INFORMED that the scheduled Voter’s Educational Campaign scheduled on May 4, 2013 (Saturday), is moved to May 10, 2013 (Friday), from 9AM to 12noon at the Yuchengco Seminar Room 408 (Y408), to be facilitated by the Center for Social Concern and Action (COSCA). The objectives of this timely campaign are the following:

a) to provide the DLSU community and partner-community basic knowledge and importance of the right to suffrage and political processes (i.e. electoral reform through automation);

b)  to promote the Lasallian Principles of Social Development and relevant standards as guide in choosing candidates who will serve rather than be served and;

c)  to increase participation in the electoral process as concrete expression of active and responsible citizenship.
